Chris Thomas is a 40-year veteran of the HVAC/R industry and currently serves as Supervisor of Product Services at Heatcraft Refrigeration. He’s also an Adjunct Technical Trainer with a long-standing commitment to technician education, having taught both apprenticeship programs and technical school courses in addition to being a certified RACCA technician and ACCA Proctor. Chris brings a hands-on, real-world approach to refrigeration training and system troubleshooting. His goal is simple: help the next generation of techs build better habits, make smarter decisions and take pride in the work they do.
