Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc. (DHT), a pioneer engineering and manufacturing company of heat transfer equipment and systems announce that as of July 25th, 2022, they have acquired the assets and key personnel of Sussman Electric Boiler- Division of Sussman Automatic Corporation.
The acquisition of Sussman Electric Boiler - a NY manufacturer of electric steam and hot water boilers, brings together two well-respected companies with deep roots in the industry, both known for long-term solid relationships, high-quality products, and outstanding customer service.
